Colburn, §3 years old, for- merly circulation manager for the| Washingten Tfmes and Washington Post, died of heart disease at his home, 3740 Jenifer street, Chevy Chase, early today. Mr. Colburn had been a resident of this city for the last 22 years. At the time of his death Mr. Col- burn was the head of an organization which syndicated puzzles for use in newspapers. Born in Harford was graduated from lege, Hagerstown, taught there. Soon thereafter he went to Buffalo, N. Kidwell, a civillan em- ploye at the United States Soldlers’ Home for seven years, died at the home early today. Mr. Kidwell was considered one of the most valuable employes at the home and was well liked by both the civillan employes and the old soldlers, it is said. A brother, John W.
