BOSTON, March 6.—Judge Morton, in the Federal Court, vesterday ruled that an American woman, divorced from an allen husband, has the right to have her American citizenship re- stored, the case being that of Mrs. Mary Bates Fitzroy, Back Bay wom- an, who recently was refused a pass- port here because her husband was a British subject.
