INDUSTRIAL SHOW SPACE GOING FAST Partial List of Exhibitors Reveals Wide Field Will Be Covered. The scope of Washington's indus- tries to be depicted at the Chamber ©f Commerce Industrial Exposition in the new Washington Auditorium the week of March 21, was Indicated in a statement issued last night by Di- rector Alfred L. Stern, giving a par. tial list of the exhibitors who already have contracted for space. The articles of manufacture in the District «zee far listed for exhibit, ‘the statement indicates, range from headache powders .and linament to concrete tiles and automobiles. Al- ready virtually everything that goes into a house and modern comfort and luxuries will be exhibited by local concerns. Bed Types to Be Shown. ROME, February 14—Ttaly has nothing to fear concerning supplies of grain and cereal provisions before the next harvest, Cesare Nava, minis- ter of national economy, told the Tribuna in an interview today, in which he stressed the necessity of n and economy in order Iy's home production more He pointed out that although the grain production at home had greatly increased in the last few years, it would have to be remembered that the population also had increased in more than the same proportion. The minister declared, however, that the statistics showed the production, per acre, to be increasing very rapidly, as the expert agriculturists had been supplying valuable informa- tion through their study of methods of growing, choice of soils and the use of fertilizers. The reports, he stated, already show good prospects for this year's crop. Inauguration Day Concession. The Commissioners today adopted a regulation authorizing Maj. Sulli- van to issue permits for the sale of miscellaneous articles on the streets in connection with the inauguratien. Such permit would be effective from March 1 to M under such re- strictions as Maj. Sullivan may deem advisable.
