HONORS AWARDED 100.C. MILITIAMEN Praise and Medals for Men of Long Service in Na- tional Guard. Praisa for those who had served long and faithfully in the Natloual Guard of the District was ex- tended last night by Maj. Gen. Anton Stephan, commanding the District militia, when he pinned service medals on the breasts of several score of militiamen who had been marched to the front of the entire regiment. Lieut.
