A concert bx the United States Navy Band Orchetsra, under the direction | of Charies Benter, and two hours of dance music by Irving Boernstein's Wardman Park Hotel Orchesira are the chief features on the lengthy program tonight of WCAP. The Navy Band Orchestra’s concert will be] broadoast from the auditorium of the Marine Barracks from $:i15 to 10 o'clock. Gretchen Hood, dramatic so- prano. will be the guest soloist. The Wardman Park Hotel Dance Orchestra, as usual, will close the program, play- ing from 10 o'clock to midnight. Al Bernard and Russell Robinson song writers and popular radio artists, better known as “The Dixie Stars,” who have broadcast from WRC several times this week. will appear bafore WCAP's microphone tonight from 7:25 to 7:40 o'clock.
