After February 28th, 1925, blank forms of application may be secured from the General Offices of the Company, 231 14th street N. W., Washing- ton, D. C., or from the temporary office at 14th and East Capitol streets, Washington, D. C. While, for the customers’ convenience, the Company will forward to all present consumers a copy of such blank form with bills of February, 1925, it is, however, incumbent upon the present, as well as for- mer consumers, to obtain, execute and return the necessary form of appli- cation to-the Company. All applications should be forwarded to the Potomac Electric Power Com- pany, 14th and East Capitol streets, Washington, D. C. The Order of the Court Provides: —that distribution to ratepayers shall commence by June 30, 1925.
