MOSCOW, October 22—A number of insurance experts, lawyers and policy-holders will, proceed to the United States at an early date under the auspices of the Moscow Credit Bureau to make an effort to collect through the American courts insur- ance policies held by Russian citizens in varlous American insurance com- panies. They will collaborate with Charles Reicht of New York,* who holds that all of the claims are valid. The American companies thus far have declined to pay.the policies on’ the ground that their property in Russia was seized in the 1917 revo- lution.
