DIVORCE SU!TS FILED Two Husbnnds nnd One Wife Asl Legal Separation. George H. Zellers today filed suit tn the District Supreme Court for an absolute divorce from his Ethelyn W. Zellers, and named co-respondent. They were married in October, 1905, and have one child. The husband is represented by At- tarney Lawrence J. Heller and Paul Sleman. Absolute divorce also is asked by 1. R. Monroe Biglow. an employe of the Shipping Board, in a suit against his wife, Nellie Biglow. They were married last September, and the hus- hand complains that his wife left him after two months. He submits excerpts from endearing letters ad- dressed by other men to his wife, and tells the court she admitted re- ceiving them. Attorney Clinton R. Colvin appears for the husband. Mrytle S. Lynch wants a limited divorce from John E. Lynch, to whom she was married last January. She charges he treated her cruelly so that she had to leave him. She is repre- sented by Attorney Chinton R.
