BROOKS CLAIMED BY DEATH Former Active Business Man of Washington Dies Suddenly in Los Angeles, Calif. William Flourney Brooks, husband of Annie S. Brooks, son of the late E. F. and Emma C. Brooks of thic city, died suddenly in Los Angeles, Calif., Sunday, according to word just received here. He was sixty-five years of age, and had been active in business circles of this city until one year ago, When he severed his connection with the firm here of E. F. Brooks Company and left for California. He is survived by his widow. Annie Scarf Brooks: two sons, William E. Brooks of Los Angeles and Roy S. D. C, TUESDAY, Brooks, the latter connected with the Potomac Electric Power Company of this city, and by his mother, Mrs. E. F. Brooks. Two sisters, Mrs L. H. Schneider and Mrs. C. W.
