Complete returns tabulated by States are published in THE LITERARY DIGEST this week, April 12th number. 2,135,009 BALLOTS WERE RECEIVED The average return on polls of this kind is in the neighborhood of 10%. In this poll 14.2% was received so that in percentage of returns also the poll establishes a record.
