Alleging false arrest and assault, Mary A. Ruthven yesterday filed suit for $100,000 damages in the District Supreme Court against the Grace Dodge Hotel, the National Y. W. C. Electric Motors Replacing Gas En- gines for Ventilators. Installation of two new electric motors in the Hilton School to re- place the gas engines which operate the ventilating fans_virtually has been completed by C. J. Huppmann of the District repair shop. The gaso- line engines, investigation by the health department showed, threw off carbon monoxide gas aud endangered the health of the pupils. The motors will be put into oper: tlon as soon as electric power is fur- nished for the school. Meantime, the ventilating fans will not be in opera- tion. Steam Causes Scare.
