Preparatory to the coming national campaign the League of Republican State Clubs of the District of Colum- bia is setting its machinery in order. This organization has been in ex- istence twenty years, and upon its shoulders has fallen much of the work of arousing interest among -repub- licans living heré who ure residents of some state.
