Jusserand, Making Trip to Baltimore Tomor- row to Hear Noted Lecturer. HE ambassador of France, M. Jusserand, will go to Balti- more tomorrow afternoon to attend the lecture which Dr. Willlam S. Thayer will give at the Arundel Club on “The Contribution of Pasteur to Medicine and Human- ty.” The ambassador will return later in the day. The ambassador and Mme.
