Leon Tobriner Sues Morris Silver for “Slander of Title.” Leon Tobriner yesterday flled sult in the District Supreme Court to re- cover $10,000 damages from Morris Silver for alleged slander of title. Mr. Tobriner also sued Mr. Silver on the equity side of the court to remove a cloud from his title to certaln land near North Capitol and R streets. Mr. Tobriner says he is the owner of the land and has been for some time. He alleges that September 17 last Mr. Silver placed among the land records of the District an alleged agreement by which he was to pur- chase the land from ohe Ernest M.
