CLEVELAND, November 15.—Setile- ment of four suits against Richard H. Collins, president of the Peerless Mo- tor Car Company, brought by David L. Rockwell, a stockholder, last July, Wwas approved by Judge Alvin J. Pear- #on yesterday. H Under the agreement Mr. Collins Tust return to the company $159,000 and his contracts for bonus and:sal- ary are cancelled. 1t further prosides for the continuance of Mr. Collins as president subject to the will of the directors. H The suits alleged that Mr. Céllins dominated the board of directors of the Peerless company, and by so doing had obtained a contract calling for a royalty on each car sold, besides other bonuses, in addition to his salary. They asked that these royalties and bonuses be returned. The resignation of four: directors was announced.
