McCook, president of the Pittsburgh Steel Company, and legal adviser of a number of industrial corporations, died in a hospital here vesterday after having undergone an operation last week. Mr. McCook, who was one of the founders of the Pittsburgh Steel Company and the H. C. Frick Coke Company, was born in Lisbon, Ohio. He was a4 member of the American financial interests.
