Wharton and two aides from the marine station at Quantico were in Culpeper this week making ar- rangements for the two-day camp which will be held here the 1st of September, when 3,000 marines from Quantico will spend two days here and visit Culpeper battlefields, en route to Lexington, where the great sham battle will take place.
