ROCKVILLE, Md., Juné 21— Revenue Officer M. J. Fosshe took A bath in brandy here yesterday. The unusual ablutions occurred after Fosshe and other officers had captured a still, 100 gallons of brandy and 700 gallons of mash. Fosshe poured out some ten gal- lons of the brandy before the re- der was dumped, and bathed in the liquor for several minutes. It was a complete bath. according to fellow officers. Such baths are declared to be irvigorating. Aitred ¢ Frizzell of Glen Echo Heights, Montgomery county, con- tributed the bathing lquid. PARIS, June 21.—Three members of the cabinet, who are also members of the radical party, have ignored sum- mons by the executive committee of the radicals directing them to resign office In order to show their loyalty to the party, which yoted against Pre- mier Poincare in the recent debate on interior politics. The three are Min- Ister of Colonies Sarraut, Minister of Health Strauss and Undersecretary for Posts and Telegraphs Laffont.
