NEW YORK, June 21,—Ten-year- old Stanley Sulva, who disappeared trom his home in Brooklyn on Mon- day, is probably in some mid-west- ern city, locked in an empty freight car without food or water, and pos- sibly dead from suffocation, police declared today.
