Campbell | of the department ice creams of dif- | ferent compesition were sold on a market, where fifty daily purchasers| ad an opportunity to choose from | three different kinds without know- ing anything about the ingredients | contained. Varying the butterfat content made | a great difference in the preference shown for the ice cream.
