Every entry oh our trial balance was analyzed and re- analyzed by these experts, and we believe that this judicial in- vestigation and the wide public'ty given our business has done us more good than all the literature and statementssever sent out by the corporation. 1t not only proved to the Court but’to the entire city of Indianapolls, as evidenced by the newspaper articles, that the Duesenberg Company is safe and sound, and, In the words of the Court, i moving into profitable prouuction, and in ad- dition to this is in the hands of expert management and engi- neers whose entire aim is to be true to the trust confided to them by the stockholders.
