Bishop Harding will perform an in- teresting ceremony Wedneseday at the House of Mercy, Rosemont ave- nue and Kiingle road, at the dedication of the memorial given by the board of lady managers in memory of the late Mrs. Julian James, founder and benefactor of the House of Mercy. In the hallway of the bullding has been placed a tablet stating that the bullding was erected by Mrs. James in memory of relatives.
