Much, former secretary of the Virginia The court held that Fletcher Dobyns, former assistant attorney general. who pre- sented the evidence to the grand jury, was duly commissioned by Attorney General Daugherty and ucted under ection. Mamie Gracon, colored, twenty- elght years old, who lived near Chil- lum, Prince Georges county, Md., was |, murdered last night, police charge, by her husband, James Gracon, colored, twenty-one years old . The woman's dead body was found fear a dilapidated automobile on the Gracon premises. An ax that had in- flicted a deep gash in her back and had also crushed her skull and a lar carving_knife were found near t body.
