The United States bureau of markets reported today that about 10,000 more cars of fruit and vegetables were received this week than last Apples led the attack with about 1,400 cars arriving at market. Onions alone remained firm, Onfons ranged from $2 to $3.26 a hundred pounds on the various mar- kets; apples were quoted from $¢ to 85 a barrel. cabbage ranged from ton. and potatacs ranzed ~10 2 hundred pounds, were slow to back their opinions by purchuse of French securities.
