December 30.—— Alter Frank Dagote had shot and killed his twenty-nine-year-old wife last night he was killed by his father-in- law, Giovanni Magliocco. shooting occurred Brooklyn home of the Dagots presence of their four child: Mag liocco was arrested, charged witl murder. According to the children, th father and mother had quarreled in the morning. Last night, while their grandfather their mother and they were in the dining room the basement doorbell rang and Mrs. Dagote answered {t The children say they heard the voices of their father and mother. and then two shots. Magliocco told the police that at this point he got his own revolver and ran down stairs to the basement entrance, where he found Dagote standing over the young wife's body. “When I saw my daughter lying there’ that way 1 must have gone crazy,” the police say Maglioeco told them. “I don't know what happened.” The police say he fired nine shotsi two of which took effect.
