Accused of Selling Borrowed Bi- cycle and Carrying Revolver. Charges of larcency after trust and carrying concealed weapons have been preferred against Ralph A. Har- ley, twenty-seven years old, who is said by the police to have acted in the capacity of agent far the vice squad. The defendant, who resides near 14th and K streets, is alleged to have borrowed a bicycle from Ray- mond Williams and sold it for $8. It is alleged that Harley reported having had an accident and to have damaged the wheel, explaining that he would return it when repairs were finished, but Detectives Fitzgerald and Boyd of the bicycle squad allege the sale of it. ‘When_placed under arrest, it is stated, Harley was wearing the badge of a special policeman and carrying a loaded revolver.
