Justices Will Call on President October 2. 2 President Harding will on October 2 formally recelve the members of the United States Supreme Court which convenes on that day for its winter sesslon. Arrangements for this call which has been a formal custom for many years were made at the White House " yesterday by Frank R. Green, marshal of the Supreme Court. Marshal Green stated that he ex- pects each member of the court to be on hand. He has received word that Justices Holmes and Pitney, who will be able to report for tha opening of the court, also that Justice George H.
