CHARGE INVOLVES $120. Stuart Prominent in Niagara Falls Politics. NIAGARA FALLS, N. Y., June 30.— The charge on which A. T. Stuart of the Florida house of representatives was arrested at Tampa is that he mis- appropriated $120 which, according to the complaint on which he was in- dicted in 1917, he had collected on a judgment for a client while practicing law here. District Attorney Duquette of Niagara county said today he had obtained extradition papers and would bring Stuart back here for trial. The complaint on which Stuart was indicted was made soon after he had left the city in 1917, by Melchior Zelfang. District Attorney Duguette sald the delay in causing Stuart's arrest was due to the fact that his whereabouts were not known. Stuart was prominent in republican political circles here and in social and municipal affairs.
