By the Associated Press. BALTIMORE, Md., June 7.—Two sol- diers were instantly killed: two suf- fered injuries which the physicians believe will result fatally, and six truck, fractured arm and severe lac- erations. The truck was the last one of a convoy which left Camp Holabird yesterday for Buffalo to bring back other trucks. For some unknown reason it stopped for a time and the accident occurred while it was speed- ing up in an attempt to overtake the main body. Several persons saw the truck go over the side of the road and plunge down the embankment. Most of the men were caught beneath it. $500,000 TO HOSPITAL. of Art last Wednesday a million dollars in United States victory loan 3% per cent bonds, has made another gift of a half million dollars to the society of the New York Hospital, the board of governors announced. The banker sailed for Europe on Thursday. ‘The hospital gift also was in 3% per cent victory notes, with which George F. Baker endowment fund of the board voted to establish the $750,000, adding to it a previous dona- tion of $250,000 in 1912.
