The National Capital’s Greatest Real Estate Organization * The close of the year 1921 marks the conclusion of another year of tremendou of this great organization. We take this occasion to express our gratitude to the public from which is drawn a great and fast-growing clientele that has made this tremendous growth and the magnitude of our achievements possible. On the threshold of 1922 we are able to visualize some of the things contemplated for the future. During the coming year, just as in the past, we expect to give visible sion of our gratitude, by concentrating our most intensive efforts to better the public and toward making Washington, the capital and heart of the nation, a better place to live in. A Mighty Organization - Built on Sound Principles s achievements, of growth and of progress, in the history The policy for years has been to build an organization commensurate with the importance of the real cstate field in the Capital of the Nation. Great strides toward this goal have been accomplished during this eventful and busy year, until today our organization numbers sixty, exclusive of building employes and those employes in various building operations and building superintendents. Built with a purpose in view, the organization today covers the entire gamut of real estate endeavor, with a separate department, in charge of an expert executive and covering each division. It is at once the most complete, the best organized and most comprehensive real estate organization mn Washington. And we believe so thoroughly in the future of this city and in the service rendered by our organization, that we feel certain the future holds much in store for those who so faithfully and satisfactorily serve. Total Sales Reach $3,500,000 The commanding position of the sales deparement is evidenced in its sales total for the year of over $3,500,000, covering-the various classes of improved and unimproved property. A staff of fifteen salesmen, who know Washington Real Estate values and who, under the direction of an officer of the company, are ready to conscientiously serve and advise purchasers and sellers of property, compose one important feature of this business. Co-Operative Department One large department is devoted to the management and operation of the ten large apartment buildings, sold under the Allan E. Walker plan of co-operative owner- ship, a form of ownership introduced to the National Capital by the Allan E. Walker Company. At the present time a large number of homes and buildings are being buiit for private account, construction being charged on a percentage basis and resulting in substantial savings to owners.
