BALTIMORE, Md., November 26— Four persons were slightly injured Thursday evening when a train of four Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis cars crashed into two cars of the same line on the Scott street bride approach. According to Supt. A. 8. Osbelt of the road a safety device was put in use on trains coming from Bowie. The device on this train opened the coupler be. hind the second car at the top of the grade just before Scott street bridge 18 reached. The first two cars proceded down the grade, followed by the remaining four.
