Four Amerlcans were captured late Monday by Mexican bandits at Santa Eulalla, twenty-two miles from Chiahuamua, the State Depart- ment has been advised. After being held for ransom, the party was re- leased at the end of & four-hour perind when no ransom was forth- coming.
