Smith’s Bicycle Tourists on Their Way to ‘This City. Smith’s bicycle tqurists reached Philadelphia last evening on their New York to Washington tour. They left the Grand Union Hotel in New York at 10a.m. Saturday last, reaching Plain- field the first evening. On Sunday they rode from Plainfield to Trenton, stxty-five miles.
