No intelligent physician can condemn eiec- tricity in any form because he Jas tried it in any cuse and failed of beneficial renults. There are so many essential elements necessary to success that a misunderstanding of any one may canse his failure, Our literature on elec- tro-therapeutics is very limited, and much of that is only misleading, so our chief and only reliance is experience. He who always fails in this important branch of medical science is generally either a charlatan, willing to do any- thing for a remuneration, or he is inexperi- enced, in which case he will fail, no matter how skillful in medical lore, diagnosis, ée. Medical clectricity is not a single thing. Its influence is varied and diverse, capable of a very wide range of results for good or evil, requiring as much previous study and much more experience thun does medicine to obtain desired results. ‘The beginner in medieval prac- tice has books, if not brains, to guide him, beginner in electrical practice has no books, hence vacuum. Fifteen years’ experience in observing the various phases of nervous and mental troubles aud the curative effects of gaivanisin and static | currents rightly applied has «fforded me that | knowledge attainable in no other way, and thankful hearts in all parts of Washington testify every day during the past seven years to the great and glorious results obtained by them, and in many of those cases clectricity and medicine had been exhausted long befor L. 8. Six hun- dred and thirty-one cured and convalescent people in Washington testify to his healing power and bless his name for their release from | hnpending disease and death. Mrs. M. She has been under treatment some ime now, and she hax regained the full use of Ler limbs. She says she is completely well, and wouldn't suffer again as she formerly did for any amount. Dr. French has cured over fifty cases of piles in Washington, and says he will give 2500 for any case of piles he fails to cure. His patients never stop work during treatment. Several years ago Mra.
