Anna T. Bramhall against the District. The petitioner sets out the purchase at the tax sale of 1876 of Jots In squares 34, €c.. and payment of the for which the lots were bought. She allege: the Commissioners will not give her a deed unless she first pays all the other taxes and assessments on the lots. or the court shall give a judgment ‘thereon.
