What Happened to Two Colored Men who Made Fun of a Drunken Man. Saturday night, about 10 o'clock, a colored man named Wm. Pearson, engaged in a fight with another colored man near the corner of 5th and K streets northwest, during which Pearson was stabbed in the side and seriously injured. ‘The po- Uce knew nothing of the affair until sometime after it occurred, and were unable to learn much about the difficulty. ‘The injured man complained tosome person that he had been stabbed. The Weapon was still in the wound. It appears that Pearson had been on the avenue with Geo.
