A performance of the “Joliy Robbers” over- ture by the Marine band opened the exercises attending the 16th annual commencement of the National College of Pharmacy at Ford's Opera house last evening. Notable features of the exerelses were the magnificence of the floral display and the delightfal music. The front of the stage was heaped with flowers wrought in appropriate designs. Floral mor- tars and apotheearies’ scales were couspicuous in the collection. A ladder made of flowers and crowned with the word “success” was sent up for one of the graduates.
