THE JURY DECIDE THAT UE 13 NOT GUILTY OF ‘MCRDER, In the Criminal Court yesterday, before Judge ‘Wyle, the trial of the 12-year-old colored boy, Willle Hood, charged with manslaughter in having in August last thrown a plece of brick at Cornelius W. Bailey, a white boy, 17 years old, employed at Mueller’s candy factory, which blow killed Bailey, ended in a verdict of not guilty.
