CLOSING SESSICN YESTERDAY. ‘The synod of Baltimore, composed of the ‘Wasbington, Baltimore ahd Newcastle presby- teries, continued its session at the Now York avenue church yesterday, after our report closed, when the following standing committee on church erection was announced:—Rev. Cross, of Baltimore, appeared before the synod to complain agatnst’a decision of Baltimore presbytery, dismissing certain strictures brought by bim against the session of Westminster church, Baltimore.
