There was a small attendance at the Prospect park (New York) races yesterday. The first yace was a 2:30 one, best three in hess. The winners at the Queen City Jockey club meeting, Cincinnatl, yesterday, were Jim Ma- lone, Mary Anderson and Little Reb. ANOTHER BOAT RACE FIZZLE. A large crowd assembled on the banks of the Charles river, at Boston, yesterday afternoon, to witness the three-mile race between Waliace Ross and Frenchy Johnson. The water wa3 rough, and Ross was averse to starting, but both came to thescratch, and the word“ go” Was given. Johnson started of at a rapid pact and rewed over the course in 22 minutes and 15 Seconds. A STABBING CasB.—In the Police Court this morning, Moses Ross, alias Roxy Ross, was eharged with assaulting, with intent to kill, Thomas Williams, both colored.
