During the interval that has followed, the contract has been turned over to Mr. D. B, Cooper by purchase, and he will carry it to completion as before stated, commencing this season on the outlet section which ts to be Mnished first. The size and manner of con- ruction of this sewer, character of the work, -, has several times been described in Tae Star, and is pretty veneraily understood.
