COLORED MADRIGAL SINGERS.—Twenty- eight of the boys belonging to the Maryland school of reformation for colored children reached the city to-day from Cheltenham, ince George’s county, Md., and maiea brief parade through some of the avenues with their own brass band. They are under an engagement with Manager Ford to appear at the National Theater next week in “Uncle Tom’s Cabin.” The consent of the board of managers was freely given, so as to afford the institution at Cheltenham an opportunity to sbow what the state of Maryland is doing in the way of educating the homeless children of the colored race. The school is alo used by the general government as a refuge for any uvenile colored delinquents coming under the nited States couris in the southern states. The boys are under the charge of Mr. Francis P. Fitzgerald, their musical teacher, and were aceompanied to-day by Gen. John W.
