In answer to Mr. Pangboru, Mr. Dickinson re- plied that a man’s tenure of office in the board did Lot depend on correct answers to ques: tions during the present investigation. The facts developed thus far are disgraceful. Mr Durant and several other prominent citizens who attended during the previous session were absent.
