Mr. Morrill, of Maine, said this morning, in conversation with aS1ARx reporter, that it is nog his intention to abandon his bill to provide a government for the District of Co- lumbia, and that it is his ntention to ask for an evening session sometime this week to finish its consideration. A girl named Houghton, the daughter of a silk weaver, was returning from school, when she fell, and the needle she used at school, being stuck in her pinafore, entered her chest.
