ARREST OF ONE OF THE ACCUSED FaRTIRe. it will be remembered that in January last ‘one of the rooms of the Internal Kevenue de- partment was robbed of Treasury warrants to the charge of being the perpetrators of thett) several days aiterwards in New York,and were delivered to Detectives Miller and MeDevitt, who brought them to this city. Oa the 20th of Janvary they had a hearing before Commis- yer John J. Jobnson, who committed them to jail in default of $,v0v bail each. (n the 7th of February they were indicted, but before the day set for the trial arrived a requisition was received from the Governor of Pennaylvania— the prisoners having been indicted in Philadel- phia on the charge of furging endorsements on some of the warrants—and they were surren- dered to the Philadelphia officers. Last summer, when being taken tocourt in Phila- delpbia, they by some means managed to escape, and up te this morning both bad been at large. For some time past the ofticers of the secret service of the Tressury have been en- desvoring to re-srrest the accused, and this morning Assistant Chief Benson received in- formation that Moore had arrived in town, and going to No. 1001G street, where Mrs. Sfoore resides, took him into custody.
