Tax SToRM.—Our city was visited yesterday afternoon with a severe thunder storm. Along the unfinished streets considerable damage was done to new work, and in High street, opposite 2d, the cellars were all flooded, but as the mer- chants had prepared for such an event, very little damage was sustained.
