RAILROAD CoNNECTION.—The directors of * the Virginia and Tennessee railroad, and Mr. Vandegrift, General Superintendent of the Orange and Alexandria road, on the tof that company, had a conference yes! lay on the subject of the proposed connection of those two lines. The result of the conference was entirely satisfactory.
