McConnell, from the executive com- mittee, reported a dratt of a memorial to Von- gress in relation tothe equalization of boun- ties, h, afters some debate, was adopted, and Col. James R. O’Beirne, Col. Alabach, Captins Geise, McConnel, and McKean were appointed to confer with the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Union, asking for concert of action in urging the matter before Congress. M.L. Gage, 105th Ohio, and W. H. McCor- mick, were elected members. The committee to revis+ credentials was dis- charged. Lieut. S. I.
