Wm. Also, upon com- piaint of Francis Kriback, charging him with the larceny of one Jadir brown dress and other arti . The goods were recovered, and the prisoner was taken before Justice Thomp- sop. who sent bim to jail for court. The ac- cused is a German peddier, and entered the house upon pretense of baving goods to sell. The officers recognize him as having been a prisoner on several aemer occasions.
