She attempted to keep Cook out, when hestrack her in the face and knocked her down. She being ina delicate condition, was apprehen- sive that she was seriously injured, and com- plained, when a warrant was issued; and officer Miller arrested Cook on Friday, and the case was heard by Justice Drury, who committed him for conrt..
